Your goal at Ambos Security
With your enthusiasm for innovative security technologies and your ability to turn prospects into convinced customers with the right solutions, you'll play a major role in driving Ambos Security's success.
This is how you'll show prospects how they can protect their sites more reliably and efficiently with our intelligent security concepts, make our solutions easy to understand, and build sustainably successful customer relationships.
Your challenges
With your analytical skills, you'll identify exciting customer segments. For this, you'll use, for example, our analytics from LinkedIn campaigns and Google Analytics.
You'll proactively approach potential customers, uncover their needs, and develop individual solution proposals that make it clear to the prospect: I need Ambos Security. In doing so, you'll work with our internal experts as well as the prospects to propose solutions that are both feasible and effective.
To turn prospects into customers, you run product demonstrations. Your communication always focuses on the customer value. To do that, you build a deep understanding of our products so you can present our technically sophisticated solutions in a clear, compelling way.
Depending on the volume, you confidently lead sales conversations yourself. You respond to the customer’s needs—always with one goal: closing deals that create value for both sides.
For you, sales doesn’t end with the signature: you see a project as a foot in the door and proactively take action to retain customers and increase customer lifetime value (e.g., through upselling or referrals).
What you bring with you
With your B2B sales expertise, you know what it takes to sell products that require explanation and to build long-term customer relationships. If you already have experience selling security products, that’s a plus—but not a must!
You have an IT or technical background, or you’re interested in innovative security technology and are ready to get up to speed on our products.
You combine analytical skills and a structured way of working with empathy to uncover unspoken customer needs, make well-considered decisions, and help co-develop solutions that hit the mark. With your open manner and your ability to explain complex topics simply and in a value-adding way, you inspire prospects.
Continuous development and achieving success together as a team matters to you. You value sustainable success, enjoy taking responsibility, and proactively initiate new sales measures.
As we’re in a growth phase and continuously evolving, it’s also important that you see change as an opportunity and can adapt quickly to new situations.
You’re willing to travel (within a 2–3-hour radius, no overnight stays).

We offer flexible working hours (core hours 10:00–15:00), the option to work remotely (2 days per week), 30 days of vacation, a target salary of at least €60,000 (with the variable component, significantly more is possible depending on your performance), as well as a company car.
