All OrbitSpire models can run from a fixed power connection. Depending on the project, photovoltaic modules, batteries and a fuel cell can also enable autonomous 24/7 operation without a fixed power supply. Connectivity is provided via cellular networks, Wi-Fi or a fixed LAN connection, depending on the project.

Off-grid winter operation requires a site-specific energy balance: continuous load, usable battery capacity, low solar yield, temperature and fuel supply. There is no universal runtime guarantee.
Before deployment, define sight lines and privacy masking, signage, access rights, retention, alarm verification and responsible responders. Test loss of power or connectivity during acceptance.
