Mobile camera towers for temporary security

Materials, machinery or entrances need protection before permanent infrastructure is ready. We clarify timing, duration, alarm response and total costs — availability and feasibility are checked for your site.

Start with your reason to act

What has changed at your site?

Not every risk calls for new equipment. What matters is the impact on operations and when a decision needs to be made.

Materials are about to arrive

Start with the protection date and area. Availability, power and alarm response determine whether timely deployment is feasible.

Enquire about deployment

Bridge a security gap

Until mains power or permanent equipment is ready: consider the temporary period, ongoing costs and handover from the outset.

Discuss an interim solution

Secure changing locations

Duration, relocation and reuse determine value. Plan the deployment before comparing rental, purchase or financing.

Compare procurement options

Make an informed investment

As much as needed. Not automatically a new system.

We consider the current situation alongside possible improvements. The right solution must fit your protection objectives, operations and available budget.

Keep the existing setup

When current protection is sufficient.

Record running costs, known gaps and accepted residual risk. Agree what would trigger the next review.

Improve selectively

When a specific gap needs closing.

Reuse suitable equipment; improve individual zones, alarm rules or response workflows. Separate the investment from additional operating costs.

Redesign the approach

When the site or its requirements change substantially.

Assess an integrated concept. Budget for implementation, integration, maintenance, alarm handling and potential disruption together.

Compare more than the purchase price

Include planning and installation, power and connectivity, maintenance and licences, alarm verification and response, and internal effort. Documented losses and downtime add context. Together we identify which costs are known and which still need checking.

How we prepare your decision →

Site-specific, not one-size-fits-all

Technology and operations need to work together.

Area and construction phases

Machinery, materials, containers and entrances face different risks. We plan sight lines, tower placement and relocation as the site changes.

Power and connectivity

Mains, solar, batteries and fuel cells are sized to load and deployment period. Mobile coverage and fallback operation are part of the site assessment.

Verified alarm

Detection alone is not enough: video verification, speaker announcements, control room and response service are combined according to the agreed scope.

From initial assessment to reliable operation

  1. 01

    Assess

Capture the area, risks, existing equipment, timeframe and responsible people.

  2. 02

    Plan

Agree protection zones, fields of view, power, connectivity and alarm paths.

  3. 03

    Implement

Agree scope and prerequisites; plan installation and acceptance tests.

  4. 04

    Operate

Test alerts, failures and response; define maintenance and adjustments.

An integrated system, not an isolated product

Security in the context of your site.

ASG plans and integrates security technology. Approved project examples cover a commercial site in Saxony, an industrial semiconductor environment and a security service provider. Scope and applicability are assessed separately for your site.

Before quoting, we clarify

  • Reason to act, operational impact and decision date
  • Decision participants, budget process and alarm response
  • Implementation, running costs and deployment limits
  • Privacy, acceptance and failure tests

Answers to support your decision

Can I rent a camera tower?

Rental is project-dependent. ASG checks availability, duration, location, installation, service and removal before quoting. Purchase, leasing and hire purchase are additional options. We do not promise a universal delivery time or rental price.

Can a tower operate off-grid in winter?

That depends on the energy balance. Cameras, analytics, mobile connectivity and any heating create continuous load. Solar yield, usable battery capacity, temperature and fuel supply must cover the most demanding operating period. Off-grid runtime can only be confirmed after site-specific planning.

What happens after an alarm?

The agreed response workflow applies: register the alert, verify video, use speaker announcements where appropriate, and notify responsible staff or a response service. Control-room connection and intervention must be explicitly agreed.

Which privacy issues need to be resolved before deployment?

The controller, purpose and legal basis, camera fields of view, privacy masking, signage, access rights and retention period must suit the deployment. Technology alone does not make an operation compliant.

Your next step

Clarify your protection start and deployment.

Describe your site and reason to act. In the initial conversation we clarify the need, practical options and information required for a reliable cost assessment. We discuss who decides and what needs to happen by when.

The outcome is an agreed next step: a proposal, a scoped assessment or no purchase for now. The scope and fee for a detailed assessment are agreed separately.
